Collaboration with Minoosh Zomorrodinia during her current exhibition “Imagining Sanctuary” (2018) at Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California, Oakland, CA.
Participants were encouraged to contemplate the natural and built local environment of the city of Oakland.
Through imaginary rituals participants created momentary spaces of sanctuary.
